Hope Elementary School is located in Hope, RI on North Road right on route 116. It was first

students work by displaying drawings and artwork done by the students all along the hallways in

and staff always feel safe here.[3][4] The cleanliness of the school is always maintained by the
four custodians who are on staff here. The rest of the staff consists of one administrator, twenty-four
full and part time faculty, and ten aides. There are about 292 students that attend Hope
Elementary school each year; all of these students are through grades K-5.[5]

There are electives the students have to take such

Accountability and Assessment
Hope Elementary’s students’ test scores exceed the state standards by about 20% in both Math and English Language Arts. This can be seen from the table below, which gives the exact percentages for both the state elementary schools in comparison to Hope Elementary School.[19] Hope Elementary School's state scores have improved more progressively than Rhode Island Elementary Schools have and this can be seen from the tables below. The only results that were recorded from the state tests were for grades 3, 4 and 5.
